All Sales Are Final

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Serola Biomechanics. Please also be sure to contact us prior to returning any product.

All returns should be mailed in a prepaid, insured and traceable method such as FedEx or UPS to the address below.

Non-Refundable Items or Services

All items or services purchased from Serola Biomechanics are non-refundable and non-returnable unless otherwise specified in writing by Serola Biomechanics. This policy applies but is not limited to:

• Serola Sacroiliac Belt
• Gel Arc Elbow Brace
• Belt Extender
• Inflatable Pelvic Blocks

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

• Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 5 days of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of Serola Biomechanics.
  • To report defective products, contact Serola Biomechanics at 800-624-0008 or customerservice@serola.net. At that time, a return authorization (RA) number will be assigned and a return label will be sent via email for the defective product.

• Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 5 days for a possible refund or exchange.
  • In instances where an exchange for a different size of the same current product of equal value is needed, please contact Serola Biomechanics at 800-624-0008 or customerservice@serola.net to receive a return authorization (RA) number. Exchanges sent without a return authorization number will not be accepted. The product must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and original packaging to qualify for an exchange and is subject to inspection by Serola Biomechanics upon receipt. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs relating to the exchange.
  • Custom sized products are not eligible for exchange.

• Incorrect Quantities or Shipment in Addition to Damaged Items: Contact Serola Biomechanics at 800-624-0008 or customerservice@serola.net to give notification of the incorrect shipment. A shipment to correct the order will be sent via FedEx within two (2) business days.
  • A return authorization (RA) number will be given and a return label and will be enclosed with the shipment to correct the order for any items that are received in error. The items shipped incorrectly are required to be returned to Serola Biomechanics within seven (7) business days to avoid being invoiced for the items.
  • A return label will only be issued if Serola Biomechanics is at fault for any incorrect quantities or shipping errors. If retailers, wholesalers, and/or distributers are responsible for an incorrect order quantity or shipping error, customers are responsible for obtaining their own return label and shipping costs.
• Incomplete Service: If a purchased service is not fully delivered or does not meet the predefined criteria as advertised, a partial or full refund may be considered.
• Product Recalls: In any instance requiring the recall of any Serola Biomechanics product or packaging, Serola Biomechanics shall coordinate the immediate cessation of sale and distribution of the recalled product. If necessary, Serola Biomechanics shall coordinate the reacquisition of applicable Serola Biomechanics products from purchasers at Serola Biomechanics’ cost.
• Legal Requirements: Following applicable laws, any other conditions, or circumstances where we are legally required to offer a refund will be honored.
